Collected Information |
In order to purchase from our online store, you will be asked to create and/or login to your account. Basic billing and shipping information will be required here (Name, address, phone number, etc). This information is not sold or provided to any other 3rd party company at any time and is simply used to expedite processing of online orders.
Cookies |
Kanguru’s online shopping site is not set up to allow cookies. We do not track activity from customers using our Ecommerce site.
Disclosure of Information |
The personal information we collect is necessary for us to better serve you.
We do not disclose or share with third parties any personally identifiable information collected through our web site. All financial and billing information that we collect through our web site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers for pending transactions placed on the website. Kanguru Solutions uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Any hard copies of sales orders with customer information is shredded in accordance with internal policy once order has shipped.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
Email Announcements |
We will send you strictly service-related announcements when you order online. You will automatically receive information from us regarding your order, whether it’s in back-order or when it has been shipped-out. You will also receive email confirmation when you order through the phone. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.
Confidentiality and Security |
We protect your personal information. We restrict access about them to those employees who need to know the information to provide a better service.
