| D | Timeout error |
| C | Compare error |
| F | Skip read error |
| WRT0 | Unable to write zero's to the drive. |
| WRT1 | Unable to write one's to the drive. |
| WRTR | Unable to write the random sequence of zero's and one's to the drive. |
| RVEY | Read verify has failed on the drive. |
