Kanguru BioDrive Runtime Error When Scanning Fingerprint

When attempting to run the Run.exe application, the scan fingerprint interface does not display. Instead I receive a Runtime error message



This Runtime error is being caused because the BioDrive has not been assigned a drive letter.

To assign the BioDrive a drive letter:

1. Right click on My Computer and click on Manage.
2. Click on Disk Management.
3. Right click on the BioDrive and select Change Drive Letter and Paths...
4. Click on Add
5. Select Assign the following drive letter and then select a drive letter from the drop down menu.
6. Click on OK.

Your BioDrive has now been assigned a drive letter. Try running the Run.exe application again.
