KRMC 8 Office365 Email Settings

KRMC 8 requires a connection to an email server. This requirement is so features such as Self-Service Password Manager and Forgot Password (at KRMC login screen) are able to work properly.

If you are utilizing Office365 for your email services, we recommend utilizing the SMTP settings located at

Mailer Host: smtp.office365.com
Mailer Port: 587
Encryption: TLS
