HD Pro Duplicator - Advanced Setup - Check Daisy Chain Connect

The Check Daisy Chain Connect option allows you to configure whether or not the duplicator checks for any other daisy chain connected duplicators during bootup. Tap the ENT button to change this option.

NOTE: This is only available on the 15-Target and 23-Target Hard Drive SATA Pro Duplicators.

Disabled

When the duplicator is powered on, it will skip checking for other daisy chain connected duplicators and proceed with booting up in standalone mode.  Note: This is the Default setting.

Enabled

When the duplicator is powered on, it will check for other daisy chain connected duplicators while it is booting up.

To alter the Check Daisy Chain Connect setting:

  1. Power on the duplicator.
  2. From the Main Copy Menu press the ESC button to enter the Menu Select mode.
  3. Press the Up or Down buttons until you see Advanced Setup.
  4. When Advanced Setup is displaying for you, press the ENT button to enter this menu.
  5. Press the Up or Down buttons until you see Check DC Connect.
  6. When Check DC Connect is displaying for you, press the ENT button to alter the setting.
  7. Once you have altered the setting, you can press the ESC button to return to the Menu Select mode.
