HD Pro Duplicator - Advanced Setup - Set Compare Retry Count

The Set Compare Retry Count option allows you to configure the number of times that the duplicator retries sending ATA read commands to the SATA port before failing.  Tap the ENT button to change this option.

The number of retries can be set from 0 to 9 times. The default setting is 1.

To alter the Set Compare Retry Count setting:

1. Power on the duplicator.
2. From the Main Copy Menu press the ESC button to enter the Menu Select mode.
3. Press the Up or Down buttons until you see Advanced Setup.
4. When Advanced Setup is displaying for you, press the ENT button to enter this menu.
5. Press the Up or Down buttons until you see Set CMP Retry Count.
6. When Set CMP Retry Count is displaying for you, press the ENT button to alter the setting.
7. Use the Up or Down buttons to alter the setting.
8. Press the ENT button to save the setting.
9. Press the ESC button to return to the Menu Select mode.
