The current firmware version for the version 2 Kanguru Bluray/DVD/CD Duplicator is 2.32.
The current firmware version for the version 3 Kanguru Bluray/DVD/CD Duplicator is 3.62.
The current firmware version for the version 5 Kanguru Bluray/DVD/CD Duplicator is 5.62.
If you do not know the current firmware version currently on your duplicator, follow these steps:
1. Navigate through the menu till you see Setup Menu and press ENT.
2. Once you are in Setup Mode, use the up and down arrows to navigate to Advanced Setup Menu.
3. Select Advanced Setup and in here look for Show System Info. This feature with provide you with the current firmware version on your duplicator. The first digit in your device firmware states the version and you must select that version update.
To perform this update, you will need the following:
-1 blank CD/ DVD
-Kanguru Bluray/DVD/CD Duplicator
-Firmware - This can be downloaded by selecting the corresponding firmware below:

To update your duplicator please do the following:
1. Please unzip the file sent to you and move the files to a CD/DVD
2. Place the CD/DVD in the source tray on the duplicator.
3. Navigate through the menu till you see Setup Menu and press Enter.
4. Once you are in Setup Mode, use the up and down arrows to navigate to Advanced Setup Menu.
5. Select Advanced Setup and in here look for Update Firmware then hit enter. Once this is completed you will need to restart your duplicator.
