Accessing the duplicator's internal hard drive
When trying to access the DVD Duplicator's internal hard drive through a computer, the computer does not recognize the hard drive's file system
Not being able to access the DVD Duplicator's internal hard drive through a PC can be caused by several issues. Please check the following:
- Make sure that the USB Connect option found under the DVD Duplicator's main menu is set to On.
- Make sure that you have Kanguru Media Manager installed.
- The Kanguru Media Manager install files can be found on the Driver and Manual CD provided with your duplicator. If your DVD Duplicator did not come with a Driver and Manual CD, you can download Media Manager from our file library here: https://www.kanguru.com/community/knowledgebase/duplicator-programs/windows-media-manager-software
