Duplication fails with error code 162

My Kanguru DVD Duplicator fails to duplicate. After the duplicator errors out, I can tap the UP button and it displays "Error Code 162".

Error code 162 refers to a bad master disc error. This is most likely caused by master discs that have are scratched, were burned using inferior media, or were not mastered correctly. Please use try duplication again using a different master
