HD Pro Duplicator - Control Manager Software - General Operation - Configuring the Capacity Units
Data capacity can be calculated in a number of different ways. It is common practice to round off 1KB of data as 1000 bytes, but in reality 1KB is made up of 1024 bytes.
You can configure the Control Manager to calculate capacity as:
- 1KB = 1000 bytes
- 1KB = 1024 bytes
- Disk Sector

If you select Disk Sector, then the Control Manager software will record the number of disk sectors as the capacity.
