The Control Manager software contains three separate windows for viewing duplication information:

Quick View
Summary

Each window will display information regarding the duplication process and the drives that are connected to the duplicator. You can switch between the different windows by clicking on the tabs located under the main menu.

Information will become available once you execute a copy, compare or erase function. No information will be displayed before then.
