1 to 1 Kanguru DVD Duplicator showing error message, "No Writers Enabled"

My 1 to 1 Kanguru DVD Duplicator is showing the following error message, "No Writers Enabled".

Please check that the USB Connection setting is not turned On. While USB Connection is enabled on a 1 to 1 Duplicator, the writer drive is disabled on the Duplicator so that it can be controlled by a PC via USB connection. To stop receiving this error message, please navigate to the USB Connection setting in the Duplicator's menu and turn it Off.
