USB Copy Pro .NET Framework Unhandled exception

When I try to run the USB CopyPro software, I receive the following error message, "Microsoft .NET Framework Unhandled exception has occurred in your application"

This error message typically only occurs on Dell computers. It is a known issue being caused by the Dell Support Center software. Please uninstall the Dell Support Center software and try running USB CopyPro again.
